Multi award winning florist
I first left school when I was 17 to do a horticulture apprenticeship at Cenco Nursery at Toukley where I learnt to make my first bouquets of flowers after completing my horticulture diploma from there I worked at Olivieri flowers at Doyalson where I worked as a flower picker and started studying Floristry at Ultimo TAFE one day a week and also studying Accounting at Ourimbah at nights and by correspondence after completing both diplomas I then went to work for top florists in Manly, Woolamooloo, Surry Hills, Newtown and North Sydney..... Then decided to venture out on my own and start Blooms @ The Bay in 2005.
